Location: Melville, NY (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours Per Week | Requires Overtime & Travel


Job Overview

Strategic and proactive Communications Advisor to elevate brand awareness through high-impact Public Relations and social media outreach. This role combines storytelling with analytical insights to promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives while maintaining a strong alignment with business goals. You will act as a "self-starter" to own projects from conception to execution, ensuring polished, executive-ready content across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Promotion: Drive awareness for CSR programs with a sales mindset, ensuring social responsibility efforts align with bottom-line business impact.
  • Content Excellence: Copyedit, proofread, and develop executive-level content for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute conferences, trade shows, press interviews, and media-driven events.
  • Showroom Leadership: Support the development of PR strategies for the corporate showroom and conduct professional showroom tours.
  • Research & Analytics: Support the Director by vetting charitable organizations and providing deep-dive analytics on press releases and media coverage.


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in CSR, PR, and Social Media management.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional copyediting and content development skills for executive-level audiences.
  • Event Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing large-scale brand campaigns and conferences.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive to various corporate events as needed.
