Sr. Sales Executive
Location: Remote (Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WY)
Schedule: Full-Time | 50% Travel Required

Job Overview
Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our footprint across the Western United States. In this role, you will manage 12–14 exclusive channel partners who sell our innovative environmental measurement and control solutions to hospitals and research facilities. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on sales calls, providing the technical weight needed to close complex deals while training and educating our partners to ensure long-term territory success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Own the relationship with resellers across 12 western states, providing the training and support necessary to drive indirect sales.
- Technical Sales Support: Act as the SME on channel partner sales calls with end clients, translating complex HVAC and airflow concepts into value-based solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Identify high-potential projects and guide them through the design phase by engaging with engineers, contractors, and facility managers.
- Industry Engagement: Facilitate and attend trade shows, webinars, and training events to stay ahead of industry trends and build brand awareness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal application engineers and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from installation through post-support.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience specifically within the HVAC or Building Automationindustry.
- Industry Pedigree: Previous experience working directly for an HVAC or Building Automation manufacturer(Factory company experience) is required.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong knowledge of airflow measurement, room pressure monitoring, and complex mechanical building systems.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage sales through channel partners and maintain long-term relationships across a multi-state territory.
- Logistics: Must reside near a major airport in the Western U.S. and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
