Job Description

Sr. Sales Executive


Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the U.S.) 

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri | Periodic Travel for Conferences (2-3x per year)



Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with a "hunter" mindset to join a national sales team at a leading HR-Tech and Crowdsourcing platform. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building high-level customer relationships, and growing market share within the Fortune 1000 and mid-market sectors. This is a unique opportunity to sell an innovative service model (MSP for Direct Hire) that is disrupting the traditional staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Prospect large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies to drive new client onboarding.
  • Strategic Sales: Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach to close, influencing decision-makers at various levels.
  • Solution Selling: Expand the adoption of our "ReflikOne" Service Model, as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent long-term relationships with prospects and newly acquired customers.
  • Industry Presence: Attend industry events and conferences to network with the Talent Acquisition and Procurement ecosystem.


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 7+ years of proven success in Professional Staffing sales (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.).
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition ecosystem (Procurement, MSP, VMS, and CW Program leaders).
  • Proven Results: A documented track record of acquiring new mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics CRM (or Salesforce), Zoom, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Preferred Experience: 3–5 years of experience selling Managed Services (RPO, MSP, or VMS) is a significant plus.
