Technicians collaborate directly with engineering and quality groups to maintain the capability of production equipment in alignment with IATF16949 standards. It is a high-impact role requiring a safety-focused work ethic and a solid understanding of industrial hydraulics and electrical systems.

We are seeking a Press & Die Setter specializing in powder metal compacting to join a leading automotive manufacturing team. This role is for a "Technical Architect" of the shop floor. You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and operation of Cincinnati 550-ton presses, bridging the gap between raw materials and precision-engineered components.
